Best Pizza Yet
Well, I made the best pizza yet today. I used the same dough, but it was made today, not one day ahead. I made a different sauce, used an italian cheese combo and went with the good old pepperoni/pineapple combo. Chase that down with a oregon honey beer from TJ's, and you got yourself a good meal.

Did I miss something? Did you blog about making homemade pizza before?
Do you use the BGE for it?
I can't believe we haven't talked about this. I have been making home made pizza (dough and sauce) since Christmas. The BGE cooks with a raised grid and a pizza stone, so it is just like a wood fired oven.
No way!!! Lucky! We've got a great dough recipe too. Except we don't have a BGE so we have to use our grill and cook it right on the grill. It still turns out good but I doubt it's as good as yours.
So, when are you going to send me the recipe?

It is much better if used on the same day, but I sometimes make it ahead of time and put it in the fridge or freezer.
